Personal Problem Reflection

TEAM REPORTING (Name)	Nuruljannah Binte Ahmad Irshadi
Ideal	To be able to obtain all the information that the lecturer has shared.
Reality(gap)	I tend to get distracted by my phone and end up losing my focus, not being able to absorb anything.
Causes/Conditions	Not engaging, duration of lecture is too long for someone with a short span and always surrounded with friends.
Results	Having to spare extra time for myself to relearn and fully understand the topics that were covered during the lecture.
Goal	To be able to save time outside of class by paying attention in  class.
Possible change	Put my phone away and chat with my friends during the breaks in between the lectures.
Testing the hypothesis	To put my phone in the bag and put it on Do Not Disturb mode to prevent me from checking my notifications.
Outcome of change	Additional time for me to rest
