01/02/25: Set up the meeting minutes google docs, put in the necessary information into the meeting minutes as well as the discussion progress during the team meeting.

09/02/25: Came up with a few problem statements using ChatGPT on our chosen topic and decide as a group the finalized problem statement.

14/02/25: Discuss the Purpose statement, Ideal, Gap and Goal together as a team using ChatGPT - Did the Purpose Statement with the help of ChatGPT and research.

25/02/25: Finalized the Purpose statement, Ideal, Gap and Goal together as a team.

04/03/25: Research on Francis Turbine's application, advantages and disadvantages

05/03/25: Make the contents into point forms that are clear and easy to read

06/03/25: Uploaded the report which consists of the literature review and background into the google drive

09/03/25: Researched on the limitations of AI and IoT using ChatGPT as well as checking on the reliability of the source

12/03/25: Project meeting to prepare slides in which for my part is to prepare the slides of a case study, AI, Iot Technology, the systems we are offering with an elaboration. Researched more on the case study to understand the story better to know what I am sharing about

13/03/25: Carried out a rehearsal with the script prepared before the rehearsal with slides on Discord (Communication Platform). After the call, I fix my script a little bit to make it easier to read.

14/03/25: Carried out a rehearsal with the script prepared before the mock presentation. After gathering the feedback from my peers and Professor Blackstone, I retouched my script minimizing to key points instead of a whole paragraph. Additionally, I fixed some parts of my slides to match my script.

16/03/25: Carried out a rehearsal with the updated script & slides prepared before the rehearsal on Discord (Communication Platform) in which we carried out 2 rehearsals before calling it a day. After the call, I ran through two rounds of rehearsals without my script and to ensure that I do know my content as well as what my members would be sharing.

18/03/25: Carried out a final rehearsal before the actual presentation.

21/03/25: Added citations for evaluation under references as well as arrange all references in alphabetical order
